 + -1 moreWith regard to price, I checked around with a bunch of people and they were actually the lowest. Overall, the service is great. They have been great. They came on time and it was exactly what they quoted.

 + -1 moreEvery single person that we dealt with was helpful, friendly and responsive. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. They were careful, clean, quick and nice to deal with.
Description of Work: We discovered a large propane tank beneath some landscaping in our yard. We needed to have they tank removed before expanding out driveway and we were having a lot of trouble finding someone to help us. Valley came to look at the tank within a couple of days (fast considering they are far from us). They gave us a quick estimate and had the enormous tank removed and disposed of.

 + 0 moreFrom the first call, Valley Energy was very helpful. They listened to my request and I had a delivery of oil within 2 days of the phone call.
Description of Work: Requested delivery of 150 gallons of heating oil to test my new boiler system in a new property. Sales associate was very helpful. I was able to set up an appointment within 2 days and delivery was early on Monday morning. The technician was helpful and pleasant and explained parts of the system to me while we filled a portion of the tank. I was very happy with the service.

Description of Work: We needed to have propane tanks installed to run our backup generator. We originally were looking to bury a tank in the back yard, but when the Valley Energy rep came to our house, he could see that there was no way we could do that as our houses are too close together in our development. We decided to go with two above ground 100 gallon tanks beside the garage. We went with Valley Energy as they let you buy the tanks instead of renting them. Their prices were reasonable and you could signup for a will call service. All interactions with Valley Energy have been great! They know what they're doing and are very professional.

 + -1 moreI called around to several companies since this is the first time I have bought heating oil. Valley Energy/ Capitol Discount Fuel was very straightforward, patient and thorough in explaining everything to me and didn't try to push me into an automatic delivery program like the rest did. I appreciated that they were local and decided to give them a try even though their prices were a little higher but not much. He guaranteed me that price though and prices were going up at the other companies and they wouldn't guarantee me anything. I called back to several companies and did indeed find the prices were creeping up and the price they quoted me just 30 minutes later had changed. I explained I was new at this and didn't realize my tank was almost empty and I was worried I was going to run out. He worked hard to make sure I could get a delivery as soon as possible. Other companies said 5-7 days and he had someone out the next day even though I didn't commit to anything but this one delivery. Usually priority is given to scheduled delivery. The men called 30 minutes before arrival and were AMAZINGLY polite. They explained everything to my very interested 5 year old daughter. I look forward to using them again.
