Spa Medic is GREAT! Very friendly, reasonably priced, and professional. All needed work was done. We were also helped out with referrals by Spa Medic, for items that needed to be purchased, such as a new cover. I highly recommend this company.

He figured out why my jacuzzi bathtub wouldn't turn on. Thankfully it was a simple fix.

I had someone over there to look at it before and they thought the whole motor needed to be replaced in order to effectively fix the leak. With a quick call to Spa Medic they diagnosed one problem over the phone (motor worked just fine) and were able to get out the next day to fix the leak. They were fast, clear and we will absolutely be calling again in the future.

Dave was really very helpful.  He quickly identified the issue and resolved it on the spot. In addition, he walked us through everything we need to know about the hot tub in our new home. In addition, he was extremely conscientious about costs for us and recommended great solutions for buying replacement parts, filters and chemicals. He is a great resource.

He was fantastic.  I had just bought the home, and wanted to sell the hot tub.  It didn't work, and I called him.  It turned out to be just a 'mother board' issue, and he fixed it quickly (after the board arrived), and it worked like a charm.
Obviously I don't know a thing about this stuff, so he could have easily gouged me.  But he was honest and helpful, and only did what was necessary!

I had another company come out to repair my frozen hot tub.  They installed all kinds of new stuff, every time they came out they needed more money and more parts.  I eventually fired them and Called Spa Medic.  Dave came in the next day, and corrected the wiring that the other company had done incorrectly.  MY HOT TUBS works!!!  Great service, great response, great price!

The experience was great. Dave knew what he was doing, and discovered what the issue was, namely a bad pressure switch. Took a bit long to find it, 1 1/2 and he didn't have the part on the van, among other things it would seem he would carry, so I had to pick it up and install it. All and all I'm happy and it's nice to have my hot tub working!

Very professional! Returned my initial call in a timely manner. Performed the work promised. Overall a great experience. We will call again.

Our hot tub quit working yet again since we moved in this past August. The first time we used the home warranty company; they didn't cover the repair and we were not happy with the company they used. When it broke this time, we called Dave. We could not have been happier. Not only did Dave fix it quickly, but he helped us find a part which cost half what the hot tub company wanted. Dave was extremely easy to work with and did exactly what he said he would do. Our hot tub now works great!

After four tries with different Spa servicing companies, we finally found the one guy who (Dave the Spa Medic) who could make our 10 year old hot tub run like new. He's professional, friendly, and priced right. But most of all, Spa Medic knows what he's doing. We hope not be calling him anytime soon, but if we do have hot tub troubles, he is the only one we'll call. It was a great experience. I had some timing constraints and Dave went out of his way to meet me at my house to fix my hot tub within my schedule, which was really helpful. He figured out the wierd problem I was having and had it fixed all in about 30 min. Very friendly, professional service, and great communication with me about everything. Would definitely recommend this company.

The job went fine. He had been here before, so he knew how to get to the hot tub. We did not even have to be home for it. He hadn't seemed to mind me looking over his shoulder and asking him questions the last time he was here. The quality of the work and customer service was good.

The Spa Medic was good. He could not find the issue but it miraculously fixed itself after he left. Since he did not stay long he did not charge me his full service price. He did what I needed him to do at the time.

We are happy with them. We like them and they are now the company that we call. I continue to use only them because so far their pricing and knowledge is great.
