Very friendly professionals. Did an excellent job repairing damage my vintage LandRover sustained from a deer collision. Honest and reasonable upfront estimates . I will certainly use Stingray Autobody again.

Charlie is the best and so are his staff. Friendly, approachable, helpful, competent, and insightful. Body work was very, very good with only one relatively minor flaw. Paint work was exceptional, and I would describe myself as having a trained eye and being somewhat of a perfectionist.. This was not an easy task as it was an aluminum body repair, which automatically disqualified most other repair facilities that do not have the tools or expertise to accomplish this work. I would return to Stingray's for repeat work in a heartbeat.

Service was great. I went to three places to get estimates and the service and price was excellent.

I'd would have wanted to have Charlie do the work, yet he did not want to work with the insurance appraisal. I do believe he was trying to protect my interests, yet because I did not want to cover the difference (between his and the insurance appraisal) utilizing brand new parts to include OEM, he did not want to proceed with the repair and in his own words and quot;we are wasting our time with thisand quot; when i told him to order the parts from the insurance appraisal. It really ended up that he wasted our time. There was also some communication issues between him and his front desk as well. It probably would have saved me a week and a half if in fact he just conveyed to me that he would only do the work based off his estimate.

In my opinion, Charlie should already now this.

I took my Jeep and he did the body work after it had hit ten deer. He did all of the maintenance on it as well. When I got rid of the Jeep, it had 467,000 miles on it with the original transmission and engine still in it. I now take my Subaru to him for general maintenance. I had my Subaru for only 37 days when someone rear-ended me. He did the body work on it and you can't tell that car was ever hit at all. I have been using his services since around 1998. Charlie Monroe is the owner. He will do the work and also has techs available. He is mostly auto body, but he also provides light maintenance services such as oil changes. If you have a serious repair needed, he had someone that he can recommend the work and he will check it once it is completed.

They did fantastic work, and kept me in the loop the whole time. It's a '70's-era pea green color, and they matched it perfectly. Cars runs great with no new weird noises near the repair.

Charlie did a great job on insurance work for us on our Chevy Tahoe after we were rear-ended. He also listened to our concerns about the insurance company specifying used parts (trailer hitch) and ensured us that he would carefully inspect anything before it went on the car. The end result was outstanding, and we're planning to use him again. A+

I brought my car in for both insurance and non-insurance work. The insurance work involved repair and refinishing the damage done from a "keying" incident. It involved both frt. and rear passenger doors. They did the work within the insurance company estimate ($1000). While there I had them give me an estimate on some damage near the right tail light and the left rear qtr panel. The tail light and qtr panel job estimate was extremely reasonable ($500 labor and materials) so I had them perform this work also. It required old time hand work. Hard to find a body shop that can still do this kind of work. Most body shops just want to only replace body panels. Their work was excellent. It was performed within the promised time frame. They were very friendly to work with. They worked directly with the insurance company to coordinate payment. I have used them again for other work and would recommend them to my friends and all those out in Angie's list.
