They were fantastic. Mr. Carl Wilson came to my house about 3AM. He diagnosed the situation and restored power.

They were responsive of all the other companies that I had called. They were able to get here when I needed them. They did the job. I am not sure about their price as I don't remember exactly.

The work was done well, however we had problems with knowing when Carl would be back. He would leave at the end of the day without giving me an update. I would have to call Stacie to find out when he was coming back. This was a multiple day job, and he could have had it done in a week, but it took over a month because he would come for one day and then would not show up the next day. Then the process of waiting, calling and scheduling would happen each time. The work done was done very well. Stacie was able to give me a discount because of the confusion. I believe that the situation was rectified. Once my frustration was seen, they took care of it, and the last two times Carl came, he apologized and told when he was coming back. When we go to put up the ring lights, I will still call them.

We had some out sockets that didn't work, and they said they would come out. They called ahead of time to say that he was running late. He was able to do everything that we had asked him to do, and he told us some other problems. Although, the second time they never got back to me with an additional problem I had.

Spoke to Stacie on the phone on Thursday and before lunch time on Friday my work was done. Great scheduling and coordination of the company's technical resources around customer's needs! Stacie shared their policy information and pricing over the phone and provided guidance. She arranged a time on Friday for the electrician to come to my home and provide an estimate along with an opportunity to do some or all of the work at my discretion. I felt no pressure to contract with them - no hard sell. Electrician (clean & well groomed) arrived early on Friday morning to do a free evaluation of replacing my 3 bathroom ceiling fans, converting to GFI outlets and replacement of switches. Reviewed the materials that I purchased from electrical supply house (fans, upgrade kits, outlets, amps, switches, plates). He even told me what was the most cost-effective way to achieve my goals. Provided a written estimate on the spot for replacing 1 or 3 fans to give me options. This was a big selling point for me (on-site inspection for an estimate) since if wasn't just a phone job estimate without seeing what really needs to be done and any potential obstacles. Authorized electrician to do all the work we discussed. He was respectful of my home and property - covered the floors to minimize dirt spread, wore shoe covers to not track filth into my home, and brought all needed tools into the house in one trip. During installation of the fan in the first bathroom, he discovered that the old one wasn't easily replaced so he undid the framing in the attic without complaining about very limited attic access. Ditto for 2nd bathroom fan. We had minimal ceiling damage in the second bathroom due to shifting the wood in the attic but it can easily be repaired. Unfortunately the 3rd fan (on the lowest level of the house) would not come out and no easy access above the ceiling was available so he was innovative and flexible and offered to put the new fan into the old metal housing. Realizing that the fit wasn't quite right, he advised me of the situation, and we both decided that it was better to leave that fan alone in the powder room since I didn't want extensive ceiling cutting. The electrician was very customer oriented and upfront about the outcomes which I greatly appreciate. I paid less than the estimate since the job was slightly scaled back but overall felt that I received value for what I paid. The electrician knew his stuff and worked efficiently. The company and the electrician were very comfortable with the supplies I purchased from the electrical supply house in advance since I did the measuring & comparing. I do note that the electrician's truck was properly stocked in case any other material need arose.

They are prompt in responding and answer any question you might have. The service people are very professional and they were on time. They are also very reasonable.

The technician was competent, helpful and informative, but because he had to return a second time with the required parts, the work cost an extra $96 [one service call]. I told the scheduler the problem and cited the wattage of the ballast I had, in writing, from another electrical contractor who had replaced one ballast. When the RCD tech arrived, he said that that information was wrong and he would have to come back for a second call with the proper ballasts. He returned in 3 working days and completed the work quickly and successfully. The cost of the ballasts were $30 less each than the other contractor had charged.

I am really enjoying my new TV. These guys did a nice job. They were polite and cleaned up after the job when they were finished. I think their prices are very reasonable. I would gladly refer them to others who need work like this done in their home.
