They are so honest. They are just really great about communicating with us with what they think is wrong and if they don't think something needs to be replaced, they won't replace it. They will tell you I don't think this need to be replaced right now, you probably got a couple more months or whatever. They are just really great. They don't try to push more. They are so honest with you on whether things need to be replaced, there is no surprises.

The staff was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. My car was ready on time and I am pleased with the quality of work completed.

I brought the car in for a routine oil change, wipers and a new tire. While there I mentioned I had a problem with the engine light being on. They did all the work authorized but when it came to the engine light they realized it was a sensor. They also looked up Toyota recalls and found that my car had indeed be recalled for that particular problem. I never would have thought to do that. They then referred me a Toyota dealership where I had it repaired for free

It went well. Alignment performed quickly and then I drove to the auto section down the street. I settled in for my usual two hour hour wait. I was surprised to be called in about an hour. Everyone was polite, very knowledgeable, and quick.

They are friendly people; they always take of you and don’t try to rip you off. Their prices are reasonable.

We went there for our vehicle inspections. They noted fault with two things that were not that faulty, and they missed a huge safety issue (the frame on my jeep had eroded and had a large, visible, and elongated hole). They also failed my brakes (which had only been 10,000 miles old); I had to pay for these and replace them. They also failed some lights as well. They said they were fog lights but they weren’t actually fog lights. They said they had to have a special covers for them, but turns out they don’t make covers for those lights since they’re not really fog lights. I went to an auto store, who removed these lights for me at no charge. I asked them what they look at when they inspect the car. Once I received the approval, I showed them the hole in my frame, and they told me that I should’ve told them about it when I noticed this. This used to be a very reputable company. My plumber had the same experience with them.
