Description of Work: We hired Chip Paciulli and Patowmack Associates to do our house remodel. It was a major project and it involved adding about 1200 sq ft of additional living space. We expanded the kitchen and extended the master bedroom over the garage and added a new master bath and master closet. We put hardwood floors all over the house and replaced all the old carpets. Chip is an EXCELLENT GENERAL CONTRACTOR. He told us that the project would take 6 months and he finished the work in 5.5 months. This was a cost plus project and his estimation of the work involved and the price was OUTSTANDING. Chip is a very dedicated GC and he gives you his 100% committment to the project. Chip has an excellent team of sub contractors and we liked every one of them - plumber, electrician, carpentar, drywall, flooring. Chip has over 30 years experience in this business and he has built close to 500 houses and it shows in his work. He is a consummate professional and highly ethical. His integrity is outstanding. Chip referred us to an architect (Dave Kowtko) and landscape contractor (Bennetts Nursery) and both of them turned out to be EXCELLENT REFERRALS for us.
