Area under deck was a mud hole. Nothing had been done since the house was built 30 years ago. John installed a patio with 2' retaining walls on each side. By his estimate he removed approx. 10 square yards of fill and used that to fill in low spots all over the yard(2 Acres) Built steps out of same 6"X 6" timbers that was used in the retaining walls. Reseeded all areas and installed straw mat to protect the ground and seed. cost was 16,650.00 4 man crew for 8 days. outstanding job. Thanks John!!

The estimate went very good.  We decided not to have the work done at that time.

The Outdoor Structures team did a superb of designing and building five boat racks. The team also re-landscaped the surrounding area greatly improving the appearance and functionality of the community marina.

John McReynolds, president, & 2 assistants arrived fully equipt & punctual. A 2" deep trench was dug 80' long, 6x6x6 tubers were placed end to end & holes drilled to receive rebars to stabilize. Site was left very clean. The experience & service was excellent on every level. I highly recommend this company's work.

Mr. McReynolds is a professional. He was recommended by an architect friend whose walk he did. He gave me an estimate; was always on time & stuck to his price even though a glitch popped up. Very responsive to my questions & explained the work thoroughly & well.
