Old Europe Construction's quality is excellent. The problem is that David, Old Europe's owner, tends to be slow, because he tends to take on too much. He usually showed up on time. David stuck to his estimate, aside from from change orders that were reasonable. The work was quality. David is the best concrete guy I've ever seen. David works his tail off, but he has too much going. If I were to use them again, it would be conditional on a penalty for late work and a bonus for finishing early. I would hire him again though. I like this guy.
