It was good. No issues.

Rode over 80 miles right after James fixed the gear problem, one flat course and one hilly course and absolutely no problem shifting at all!!! The gear problem was on going, a real headache and very frustrating for me.  I had taken the bike to other bike shops to fix but never resolved until now!!!  Shifting and gears are like brand new. James did an awesome job. His service was very convenient.  His price was very reasonable.  He's extremely knowledgable about bikes, honest and diligent. I will use his service again and highly recommend him to others.

He was wonderful and great. We ended up paying a little bit more because he came from Loudoun County and he was here for hours. He did a phenomenal job. I thought he was very knowledgeable and he explained everything. The fact that he came to our house and did the work was great.

James arrived on time and ready to go! He assembled the bicycle in a timely and expert manner. He loves bicycles and he enjoyed explaining a few details that I needed to know about the brakes and gears. There is no doubt that bicycles are his passion and it is infectious!! You can't go wrong with James!!

I had been looking to get a tune up for two bicycles in time for spring.  The two local bike shops quoted me $70 and $90 for this service.  I had taken the bikes to them in the past, and in 15 minutes they were finished.  I heard about Mobile Bike Repair and contacted James.  He quoted me $50 per bike and a flat $15 travel fee.  He arrived at my house right on time (fantastic not to have to load and unload the bikes and take them to the shop) and set up his equipment in my garage.  James spent about 45 mins to an hour on each bike and was meticulous, servicing every inch of them.  I ride bikes, I don't work on them, so it was nice that James was more than willing to explain all that he was doing and answer any questions I had.  The bikes look great, chains clean, brakes adjusted, wheels trued, etc.  James told me to call anytime if I had any problems with the bikes and he would take care of it.  I would definitely recommend Mobile Bike Repair and will use this service again.
