Zero customer service
Zero responsiveness
When I was due for an inspection I called McKim multiple times and left messages and never received a return call.
I contacted a different company. During the inspection they found the electric box was allowing moisture in. The moisture blew out the electric board and a motor. It cost me nearly $2k to make the repairs. I was told the problem should have been caught during the inspection. McKim inspected and maintained the system for years per the county records prior to the move inspection.
I asked to be present during the move inspection and McKim refused the request. McKim said they would provide a free walk around and explanation of the septic system. Needless to say this commitment was never fulfilled.
It seems that McKim has a bad reputation in the area. I have not heard one good comment when I share my experience.

We recommended them to somebody else too and they just recently do them and they were excellent. They were excellent. We don't have any unexpected issues with them. They were great. I would use them again in the future.
