Master Combination Inspector, Virginia State Electrical instructor, primary lab for radon testing. ASHI member since 1986. Our first inspections started in 1974 and continue today with more than 25K inspections behind us. This is a family-owned business where the husband and wife team up for thorough and balanced inspections.

Radon screening in all N.Va. counties, Home inspections in all except Fairfax County and the town of Vienna. We regret we do not accept credit cards at this time.
Services we don't offer
We do not do repairs, or remediation of radon gas. We do not inspect: pools, spas or termite infestation.

During the actual inspection, the information he provided was rudimentary and generally only marginally informative.
I felt like he was almost trying to gloss over most of the issues at the house. I wouldn't recommend this company.
"Ours is a small family business with more than 35 years experience. It saddens us when someone leaves feedback like this. It would have taken less time to phone or email us. At the end of each inspection as well as when the report is sent to the client we encourage them to contact us with ANY questions or concerns. Many clients call us years later for advice that we do not charge for. Neither the phone or email route was taken so these comments came as a surprise to us. It is ALWAYS our goal to provide detailed, accurate and professional service. Sometimes we make a second visit to the house or spend whatever telephone/email time necessary (at no additional cost) to make sure the process was understood and useful. Since Member did not avail herself of this the full extent of professional resources was not utilized and the process short-cycled. Also, comments like this in a public forum are vague and "light" and do not provide feedback that is specific or otherwise useful to us (or the public) in a way that we can make use of. In fact, since the accuracy of our inspection or the report was not disparaged in this forum we can only respond that the feedback from Member is of no value to anyone given its nature and the methods used.
