I've used Rob for several projects over the past few years and I've always been happy with the results.  The biggest issue is finding a date that works for his schedule and mine.  He's got multiple projects going on at any given time and sometimes that can pose a problem because my work schedule is fairly inflexible.
But we work it out and luckily this time most of the work was outside or in my garage so I could leave them to work even though I wasn't home.  Made life easier for both of us

We were preparing our house to put it up for sale and sought bids from several contractors, some recommended by our real estate agent and others we knew. We selected Generations based on recommendations we received. It went extremely well. All work was professionally completed on-time. Additional items identified as work was being done were accommodated. The initial bid was not the lowest received, but I believe the quality and timeliness of the completed work made the price fair.

We were looking to add more space to our small 1950s Cape Cod home and were somewhat nervous about having a large addition added to the house, especially since we have two small children. We wanted to take out a wall, gut and expand our kitchen and add a 16x16 family room to the back of our house. We heard of Generations Home Maintenance from a close family friend and were able to view first-hand the meticulous quality of the craftsmanship. We solicited a few estimates from vendors both large and small and GHM was the most competitive. A project of this size and scope was a challenge for our family (given
that our kitchen was going to be out of commission); however, the Generations team was very courteous and worked with us along the way.
The owner, Robert Cromwell, was wonderful. He had numerous ideas on how to make the space unique and was flexible with any requests we had along the way. His professional demeanor and experience stood out among anything else - he reviewed his team’s work and corrected any deficiencies that he saw. Not knowing anything about construction, we basically left the project
in his hands and my wife and I were comfortable enough entrusting his team with taking care of us and our home. Robert always kept us apprised of his weekly plan and let us know of any changes to the schedule, so that the family could plan accordingly. The communication lines were always open and whenever we had a question or a concern, he answered them promptly.
The final product is beyond what we had envisioned. The functionality of the space, as well as the aesthetic, is a perfect fit for our
family.  The new addition flows seamlessly into the rest of our house, which was very important to us.  Robert and his team added so many new finishes to the space, without sacrificing the integrity of our Cape Cod home.
