They showed up on time for the initial estimate and for the work. They gave me a clear estimate allowing me to pick whether to wanted brush removal, wood removal and stump grinding. They were friendly and did excellent work.

From my view, it all went well, the crew was efficient, everything was cleaned up and taken away. Everyone was very professional and no time was wasted. I will call Evergreen Tree Services again when needed. As a further note, I felt the cost was very fair and less than some other estimates I had received.

Cut down two trees and chopped up 2 trees on the ground.

Performed above work in 2 day period. Original were going to use another tree service recommended by neighbor but did research on Angies list and saw Evergreen. Neighbor and myself got estimates of $1000 cheaper than other estimates. Would highly recommend and will definitely use in future. I have been paying too much by using tree service who come around to neighborhoods.

Evergreen provided a quick estimate (which was $500 lower than the other estimate we received), and planned to come the next morning. The only trick was I had to get a power line dropped, before the tree removal process could begin. Evergreen was very understanding and worked with me on the time. Once the power line was dropped, Evergreen was at my house within the hour.
The work was completed quickly and expertly. They did an outstanding job with the clean up. Seriously, they would have had to vacuum the grass to get it any cleaner.
Would use again and not hesitate to recommend!

Luke and his crew did an excellent job. They were extremely professional and skilled.  They triimmed the second oak in an expert way so that its threat to the house was eliminated but it still looked nice. We may be able to have a few more years of enjoyment out of the tree. They cut down a large oak tree and trimmed the heavy dead branches off the second oak in a tight space, without damaging the house or the propane tank nearby. They hauled the items off the property via a small hill - which wasn't easy work. From the start, Luke gave us excellent advice about our options.

These guys are great.  The whole process was very friendly and easy.  The came over provided a quote with multiple options, Luke was very professional.    The team arrived on time and did a great job.   They were very carful to minimize damage to our yard with all the heavy gear, took their time to do things right, nice and easy.   The two oak limbs belonged to an ancient oak (over 200 years old), that was hanging over the house.  It was a challenge to remove them without damaging the house.    I also liked that they were carful not to over do it and damage or kill the tree and were very mindful to find the right balance with nature.   Top marks from us, great service and  people to work with.    We have been living in NOVA for over 11 years and this is one of the best service experiences we have had.   Nathanial is a gem, and thanks for the apple cider!

We used Evergreen to take down a large, dead pine from our backyard.  They gave a quick and thorough estimate, which was much lower then other companies I called.  There was no additional cost to chip and remove the tree.  They were able to fit in the job a little over a week after contacting them.  They were on time, very friendly, and professional.  They needed to get their trucks in a tight spot, and they did so with a lot of care not to damage our property. They worked quickly and efficiently. The tree came down much faster than we anticipated and they did a great job cleaning up the yard after.  Evergreen was fantastic to deal with and I will call them for future tree trimming and removal needs. The team was also very nice to my son, who loved seeing the trucks, equipment, and the men at work. Thanks Luke and Evergreen!

It went very well overall and I was pretty pleased with them. They trimmed some pine trees in our backyard and they told us that they would go to 30 feet but I think that they got a little bit more which was nice. They were prompt and courteous. They did a good job trimming the trees.

I had a great experience with Evergreen Tree Service.  They had to contend with the crazy weather, and scheduled me very quickly.  They showed up on time, and did everything they said they would with amazing speed.  I would definitely recommend them.  1 tree was 15 years old, flowering pear and there were two small ish maples in the back that had to go.  I was very happy with their work.

I would happily use their services again.  After purchasing a new house, I called and  Craig came out and we walked around deciding what needed doing.  He was very quick to understand that I needed to make things safe for the coming winter.  We removed anything that might fall on the house or power lines.  When he came to cut them down, I had stupidly not yet called the power company to let them know about the tree service (I was told, but forgot) and he was willing to come back the following day once the power fellows had a chance to disengage the line.  They stacked the wood they cut, and chipped all the rest for mulch.  During the work, I had left my car in the line of the truck and they inadvertently dinged the bumper.  Craig called right away to let me know and offered to pay for any damage.  When I submitted the repair estimate they paid it right away.  I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and quality work.
