The company never contacted me. I called Angie's list for assistance. Apparently they we not able to contact them either. Because the company apparently does not want to do business with me, I would like a refund.

I bought this BIG DEAL and when I purchased they asked me to choose two dates.  I selcted the dates and waited for a call or an email -- IT NEVER happened!  So I emailed and called and got NO response!!!  I also contact Angies List - since it was their BIG DEAL -- Angies list will not refund me or help!
I am not happy with this company or Angies List at this point!

They were unresponsive.  Purchased on the 6th of July and its the 26th of July and I still have not heard from this provider.  I contacted Angie's List and they tried to contact them and was unsuccessful.  I wouldn't use them in the future unless they got in contact with me and rectified this issue.  I would be willing to give them the benefit of the doubt if they are a small company or having issues at the time.

I never received a dime from Angies list for these deals, and was inundated with leads for small projects that my company does not do. Please contact Angies list for your refund as my company never received a dime and cannot work for free."
