Dodson HVAC has installed and maintained our HVAC systems in our 1789 house, an attachment, and an auxiliary Guest House. None had AC, and some had no heat, yet. They are prompt, honest, efficient, and fair. I recommend them to all, especially if you have an old house.

These folks are the most honest people in the business you will ever come across. It did take 3 days to get on their schedule, but they are so good, I didn't mind waiting a few days with out AC for them to come. Our AC was completely out, and with our unitt being 17 1/2 years old, we fully expected them to tell us we needed to replace the unit. Turns out it was a capacitor that needed to be replaced and they oput on something that would make it start more "gently" and it's working absolutely perfectly $197 later. I know our AC unit won't last too much longer, but I know when it comes time to replace it, I'll be calling Dodson.

Dodson heating and air has been taking care of my HVAC systems since 2003 when my home was being built. During construction Dodson designed and constructed all the duct work and installed 2 heat pumps. In ten years, I have only had a couple of problems with my HVAC systems; both problems were quickly responded to by Dodson at a reasonable price. I can not say enough good things about Dodson - they are good people!
