First time customer. They picked-up and delivered the mower for a reasonable fee, which I needed since the mower is large and heavy and I don't have a trailer. They did an annual service, checkup, oil change, and engine tune-up. Took two weeks, exactly as promised. Funny thing is, the mower runs better than it ever has in 5 years. It uses NOTICEABLY less fuel, and has more power and cuts without bogging. Wish I had taken it to them sooner. They apparently have mechanics that know their stuff. The only criticism, they are friendly but somewhat vague about their service and expectations. Could explain things more, especially to a new customer. But the mower service was a bargain and the results were great. Will certainly use them again.
