They could have explained that on the phone when I called about the problem and how I had initially troubleshooted it. Instead, they sent a repairman. He was here for 10 minutes. They charged $106.00 to flip a switch.

BKElectric did great work at a good cost. At the first call they asked for the panel make and model, and number of circuits; I sent pictures and they sent an estimate lower than the others I had seen. They were flexible about scheduling a convenient time. The crew arrived promptly as scheduled, and set to work. They did all the work planned, and politely answered my questions about the work. They "cleaned up" the wires from the box and checked correct labeling for the circuit breakers. The checked the switch and found it had "burned out", and replaced it. (Most likely the switched had burned out under an overload when the obsolete circuit breakers had failed to trip - glad I brought things up to code.) The crew cleaned up after completing the work. I like that I only had to sign for work done, with a bill sent later. All work done within the estimate.

Keith Jenkins is professional and responsive.  Keith explained the work and cost thoroughly.  The electricians that worked in our home were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.  Ubenza was the electrician we worked most with and he was outstanding.  Ubenza was very knowledgeable and addressed any questions we had.  All of the people that we worked with at BK Electric took pride in their company and their work.  We will only hire BK Electric in the future.

We recently moved into this house and there were some outlets that were not working, there was a problem with the door bell and there were some other outlets that we couldn't find the ground fault for. He did a very good job. He was very efficient, very polite, and very clean. He was very pleasant. I thought the price was fair because he did multiple jobs. I definitely got my money's worth. I would use him again in the future if the need arose.

Professional, courteous, on-time and a reasonbale cost. Alex was the electrician that worked on the project and he was terrific.
