ARTAVILLE RUGS & UPHOLSTERY

I have used Artaville a number of times, for all 17 of my carpets. I have never had anything but a great experience from Morteza and his associates. Highly recommend!

I have owned these rugs for a long time (one for 50 years) and they live a hard life (grandchildren and pets). They been cleaned many times and have never looked better. When cleaning is needed again, I will go straight back to Artaville.

Very well. Just took a little longer because he was closing a store at another location.

Contacted dealer based on Internet reviews on Angie and other sites. Dealer picked up rugs at house. He measured rugs. Rugs were cleaned. Fringes were added to a couple of the rugs. However, the repair was subbed out. Sub did not have a working sewing machine for months. Many excuses. Dealer later agreed to provide appraisals, presumably as compensation for botched repair delivery. Never happened. He is a nice guy who does quality work but he seems to be a one man band, which requires a lot of customer patience. Still, safer for your rugs than the factory stores.

We have used Artaville several times and are very happy with the service we receive from them. We recommend them for rug cleaning. We continue to use them as they do an excellent job!

Steve from Artaville picked up the rug. He mentioned that the type of backing on it would make it difficult to clean. This was confirmed by the owner. However, the rug was returned looking like new. They also cleaned the matching hall runner and cut new padding for both. Great work and great to work with!

I had previously had this rug cleaned and repaired by Hadeed. Artaville was able to bring the silk highlights back out in the rug and made it is slightly brighter. It will never be the way it was prior to Hadeed, but Artaville was able to make some improvements to the rug.

Our rugs were piked up promptly and returned to us in the agreed time frame. Most impressive was the skillful repair by hand of the fringe which kept the quality of our handmade rug beautifully intact. The owner of the company provided helpful insights on caring for our rugs which clearly showed his extensive knowledge and passion for artisan rugs. Morteza is very accommodating to work with.  He is easy to reach and very flexible to fit around your schedule.  I have been to his store and have had him make house visits.  He takes a lot of pride in his rugs and is very knowledgeable about different pieces.  He wants the customer to find the right rug for their home and does not try to upsell the customer.  I would highly recommend buying a rug from Artaville.

Morteza, the owner, obviously knows all about rugs! He did a beautiful job washing the rug. It came back looking bright and clean and soft. I was very pleased with how it turned out.

It was great! The rug was picked up and reinstalled in a timely manner without hassle. They were even able to move the larger furniture out of the way to get to the rug. They handled the rug with care and brought it back looking 100% improved from when it left.

My art silk rug had not been cleaned in 15 years, because the last time I had it cleaned it was all but ruined. This time, the work was impeccable, and some of the previous damage was actually reversed.  All of the rugs are beautiful, bright, and look new! The new pad is fabulous, and will prolong the life of my antique rug.

The rug looks beautiful. It had been rolled up and stored for many years. Now it looks great. Morteza had restored a similar smaller rug for us several years ago. We went back with the larger Saruk because he had done such a good job on the first rug.

Excellent service provided by Mr. Morteza Faraji and Artaville Rugs in Occoquan Virginia.
He is very knowledge about Persian carpets both in cleaning and repairing techniques.
He moved all the furniture to remove  the rugs. Absolutely no hassle for us.
We will use Artaville Rugs in the future... for cleaning, repairing and purchasing.
Mr. Morteza Faraji communicated with us throughout the project....on the price of the  pads and  the price of repairs.
It was all done in a timely and efficient manner.

The Artaville Rugs and Upholstery Company did an outstanding job completely refurbishing my Oriental Rug into perfect condition.  The service cleaning took only a few days and I was amazed to see what a wonderful job they did!  The Owner is a true mater in this field of work and I will recommend the Artaville Rugs and Upholstery Store to all my circle of networks and friends.  I appreciate the opportunity to write this review for the best rug cleaning service I have ever received!!!  I give the Artaville Rug Company 5 Stars!!

Morteza at Artaville Rugs did a wonderful job cleaning and repairing our Persian rugs.  We had a few rugs that looked like they had been through the war between small children and pets.  He bought them back to us looking brand new!  He did a fantastic job with the cleaning!  We had fringe replaced on a few rugs also.  You can not tell where the new fringe starts and the old began.

This was our second job. The first went so great we decided to do our dining room chairs, Great quality workmanship. Their rug selection is outstanding. We will definitely be making a rug purchase in the future.
