It started out good and they were working fast when the project first started. We had agreed on payments as certain parts of the job were completed, they were fast for the first few draws (the larger amounts). When it came to the smaller parts and fixing things they messed up they were nowhere to be found!!! As other contractors started (siding, drywall,etc.) We started finding problems in the work they did and they never finished the original work. I have had to do a lot of work and repair myself. They tried to send us a bill for the unfinished work and added charges we didn't agree to and when we refused to pay the last draw until they finished the job they put a mechanic lien on our property which we are fighting in court....I have found out several others are having the same issue with them.
