WELLS CABINET SHOP

We love the new cabinets! We had a small kitchen fire and needed to replace 1 side of cabinets, but ultimately decided to upgrade & replace all our cabinets. We went with Well's Cabinet shop after getting several estimates. They are a family operated business and clearly take pride in all aspects of their work. Mr. Wells came out, took measurements, went through all options (types of wood type, stains, drawer glides, hinges, hardware, trim), and made very helpful suggestions to maximize storage & usability that we incorporated. And he was very patient with us, as we had a lot of questions. A week later we had full drawings and our estimate. 
Mr. Wells stated that they would need 6 weeks to build the cabinets when we signed the contract. They were ready in 5 weeks. On the day of the install, Mr. Wells and his assistant showed up on time and were very quick. It took them about 2 1/2 hours to install all the cabinets, and attach all the hinges, doors, and trim. They look terrific. On top of everything, on the day of the install my wife & I both noticed we really should have gotten a 4th shelf on one of our upper cabinets.  Mr. Wells said that is was no problem. About a week or so later, he shows up with our extra shelf, and would not take any additional payment for the shelf.
On a side note, as the install was completed & we paid the balance, my wife tried to tip Mr. Wells & his assistant. Mr. Wells refused stating he had already been paid as part of the contract, but said it was fine to tip his assistant. We were already impressed with Mr. Wells & his company, but to me that said volumes about his character. We absolutely would use Wells Cabinet again.
