Not so well -- Contractor Tom Owens breached our contract after his first day on the job -- leaving us hanging with a gutted second floor master bathroom. He said we hurt his feelings and could not work with us. WOW! What a wuss! Read on. . . He stepped on the shower drain in our second floor master baster bath that caused a puncture in the sheet rock in our kitchen; stupid mistake -- and, yeah we were upset Even though we met with him in person on two previous occasions & received written quotes from him, he could not get our name right. How offensive -- if you don't know or cannot pronounce my name let me know -- he knew my name but continued to call me whatever he felt like calling me. Disrespectful. After he breached, he would not refund one penny & threatened to leave project materials in our driveway. Then, insisted we sign a contract release, which we did not. Finally, he delivered most of the materials on our project list that we had paid for. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!

Thomas worked well with us. He allowed us to do all the demo work on both showers, which saved us money. He then installed 2 tile showers within 3 days. Neat, clean, punctual, fair, friendly, professional. Can't say enough good things about Prince George Tile and Stone.

We are very pleased with our new bathroom floor.  We'd been having trouble with mold and water leaking through the floor to the downstairs ceiling.  When our children take baths, there always seems to be some water on the floor.  Whether a lot or a little water, it would always find its way under the trim and would seep into the subfloor.  After only 2 years, the subfloor was rotten. He told us what needed to be done so that water was no longer going to be a problem.  Recommended the products that would be best for our needs.  He went above and beyond to ensure that all possible steps were taken so water would not be a problem again.  He was very professional and courteous.  And I might add that this mommy was so pleased that he was kind to my children as well.  My 4 year old son takes an interest in construction and wanted to watch.  He never was annoyed but rather showed him what he was doing and even allowed him to feel like his helper. My son was thrilled!
