Excellent job, the work was on a 3 story building and they installed at that height easily.

I had Tri-City install new gutters in my Bellevue home about 6 weeks ago. They did a great job. They came out immediately to address an unsafe situation with the power line and then came back a couple weeks later to do the complete installation. Great communication, great customer service, very fair price for what was done. Of course, Richmond then had an extended spell with no rain so I couldn't see how well things worked until the last week or so (10-22-19). Everything works great! We have a full basement (in NorthSide Richmond), so when there's rain, there's water down there. The volume of water is greatly reduced with the new gutters. More than I had hoped. I could not recommend Dylan and his team more highly.

When I started looking for gutters I called several local companies and many didn't bother to call me back, possibly they felt the job too small (only a 1200 sq ft single story home) Dylan called back the next day, came out did the estimate and even advised me against (for good reason) buying something that he felt I didn't need saving me quite a bit of money. Install was done quickly and professionally and clean up was complete. Dylan and his assistant were both very professional and courteous. Dylan made a point once he had finished the job of letting me know if by small chance something was not right or to my satisfaction that he would be right back out to fix any issues. This is a small family owned company where they work hard and care about their customers. I feel you couldn't go wrong hiring this company to provide your gutters and installation services. I have already given out referrals and I never do that unless I am 100% satisfied.

I was impressed, the owner came to the door not a sales man, he measured, gave me a price sent me an email on what he planed on doing and made suggestions for gutter colors. The price was reasonable, and he told me that If I had any problem or what so ever, he would come back and fix it and the man who put in the gutters was very nice and answered all my questions and did a great cleaned up after the job, they were very professional. The owner was here to supervise and check the install.

It went great. The communication was great and they did a good job.
