Toler's Heating & Air Conditioning

Sealed and glued the useless vent opening in the crawl space. Charged only a few bucks, considering the service call. Chip was friendly, thorough, and professional. We noticed a positive change in in- house air quality that same day.

We have used Doug Toler's services multiple times.  He was recommended by a friend and we have recommended him to others.  He originally installed a replacement central AC unit when ours went out several years ago, right after we moved in.  We interviewed several companies and ultimately chose Toler's due to cost, which was on the lower end compared to several other companies, and also due to the recommendation of our friend .  He and his asst were very courteous and prompt.  We had Doug, install a UV unit later and he was very competitive in price.  When we have had an issue a few times he has always been very prompt with service and he even came out and did a simple fix and charged us just for the cost of the part, I think it was like $10.  I had him evaluate my parents HVAC and he even steered them away from a more expensive repair.  overall, great experiences.

My water heater has been dripping water for some time, finally picked up the phone and called Toler's. Communication was easy and they have been very responsive. They helped me find out that my water heater is still in warranty and got the warranty replacement and had the job done. I'm not a professional but from what I can tell they did a very neat job. I also took advantage of the situation and had them checked my HVAC system. Overall I think it's very quality good and I'd recommend them.

Doug came by to give us an estimate on moving our air conditioner, and was the best, most competitive bidder on the project. I called to arrange a time for his team to come by, and he was very accommodating with my schedule. The workmen came and did the work on schedule and on time. They cleaned up after themselves and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work that was completed!

Doug Toler is reliable, modest, honest and fair. He is very responsive and always shows up promptly at appointment time. I always feel comfortable with him handling my AC/heating units and know he will tell me the truth about what I need or don't need. My sister and several of my friends now use this company, based on my recommendation. They've all told me that they've been pleased with Toler's, as well.
