"As a small business owner, it is difficult to read this posting from (member name removed). I have owned and operated this business for over 18 years and take pride in the relationships we have with customers and the service we provide. I have a degree in horticulture from North Carolina State University and have been in the green industry for over 25 years. Everything we do, for (member name removed) and all of our customers, is based on sound horticultural principles and experience. Happy customers, green grass, and healthy plants are the way we add accounts and grow as a business. I hated to see (member name removed) leave and tried, as I always do, to do everything possible to keep her business. I wish I could say that we have never lost a customer, but I can say that I have the first one I earned in 1995, John Hessian. How customers perceive me and what I do, matters to me.
