Garland did an excellent job of repairing the damage to our ceiling caused by a water leak. I could tell by our phone conversation that he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. I will definitely be contacting him again for any future work that needs to be done.

Garland was asked to enlarge the 2’x2’ opening in a wall leading to a small but usable storage space under our stairs. The project presented unique problems at every turn and I was impressed with how he handled every surprise. He went above and beyond in his attention to detail, especially with the interior drywall and the custom-angled door. Garland was also friendly, prompt, creative and easy to work with. I will definitely be calling on him again.

Garland came to give me an estimate. He inspected everything and explained what he was going to do and why. I hired him and he started immediately! I had 2 lower bids, but because he was so knowledgeable I could tell he was going to be good.

The rep. Garland arrived on time to give me an estimate for my project, HVAC enclosure. It was a fair estimate and we scheduled a date and time for the work which he completed in a timely manner. I was more than pleased with his work and work ethic so would highly recommend him.

He showed up on time, completed the bookshelf installation quickly and was very pleasant. He also gave me some tips regarding other projects I had in mind without additional charges. I would recommend him.

This guy, by himself, worked at my house. He said he would sand cabinets, paint all cabinets and doors and all trim in the room. He had runs all over the cabinet doors and didn't sand anything but rough it up a little, then said wasn't painting the inside of the door only the outside. He told us not to take anything out of the cabinets, nothing would get dirty and it did. I told him after almost half was painted if he can fix the runs and paint everything he agreed to, to finish the job. He wouldn't do it, He then wrote an invoice for the whole job and put down what terms he wanted, like painting half the doors and also told me he was going to take my doors from the cabinets till I paid. I told him to finish the job correctly and would have no problems with paying. So now I have someone else doing it and is charging me over a 1000 dollars more just fix what he did and damaged. This guy/company does horrible work and then lies trying to say he didn't say that, he is a complete hack. Don't trust this guy or company. A complete ripoff.

Customer service was even higher than 5. He was professional and polite. He arrived at our home at the exact time he said he would be there to give us a quote. After giving us the quote he said he would be able to start the job right away, Within 15 minutes he started. Since it was dry wall repair he had to come back the next day for the sanding. He arrived at the time he said he would. He then determined it need another coat and came back later that day to finish. We were extremely satisfied with his work and service and would gladly hire him again The cost was very reasonable.

Garland is personable and professional. Although it was easy to schedule him for an estimate visit and he got back to us fairly quickly with an estimate, we had to wait a few weeks before he could actually fit us in for completion of the projects. We also found him to be expensive. However, once he finally got us on the schedule, he showed up on time, completed all tasks on the list, did a good job, and was responsive to all communication. We may hire him for future handyman needs.
