I thought everything was great until we moved back in. Everything started going downhill from there. I took pictures of everything when we moved in. In the attic, we found that he had not installed the proper amount of insulation. My son has a gauge that he used to measure this and found that it was much lower than the standard. The paint is not the kind that I wanted. It was the right color, but not the right type. We've had to replace the skin and shower in the bathroom. The window that he replace in the kitchen was too small. My son in law had to provide additional work to it in order to prevent the cold from coming in. I have to replace all my electrical outlets, we tested and discovered that this was why our circuit breaker kept being tripped. I feel that he took advantage of our situation and white washed the renovation.
