PF was helpful with the initial consult and assisting us with finalizing our choices.

We did the carpet removal and moving appliances/furniture ourselves. 

The actual work occurred over 7 days; two days of prep work & subflooring, four days of installation, and a final cleanup day.

The actual installers were very prompt, respectful, and performed a professional installation.

We are very happy with the hardwood flooring and installation.  We got them through a contractor that we used.  They can be hired separately.  That part of the project went extremely well.  We were impressed with pretty much everything; but most important thing to me personally is, after one year there is no problem.  Everything looks great, and it looks perfect.  I did notice that when we were looking on Angie's list that a lot of people said, hardwood flooring looked good initially, but after a while problems develop; so that’s for me is a good thing.  We were happy with the cost because it was the real wood.  They did a whole big area.  We were really pleased with them.  We didn't shop, but just looking at Angie's list, we thought it was very good.  The quality was outstanding, and definitely excellent.  They worked around with our schedule.  They were very professional.  They let us know every step of the way, and they let us know at the beginning what to expect because at one point we couldn't be in the house overnight.  We setup a schedule together.  We worked it together.  They did it as soon as possible under our time restraint.  I hope to use them upstairs someday.  The old hardwood and new hardwood are seamless, wherein they had to interlock because there are two open doorways.  One goes one-way and another one another way; so they matched it up and it looks seamless.

They did an excellent job on my floors and we were pleased with their service. The flooring is of very good quality and they did a good job installing the flooring. It lined up well and we haven't had any problems with it at all.
