Ernie worked with us to help us make decisions and gave us the benefit of his experience. His crew, Trey and Temple, were punctual and at all times very professional. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and left everything just as they found it. They communicated with us throughout the project so that everything was exactly the way we wanted it. The workmanship was excellent. We could not have asked for a better renovation experience.

I saw that this company was highly rated on Angie's List.  Ernie Collins returned my call within 30 minutes.  He came out the next day between jobs to look at the repair we needed to make and managed to fit us into the schedule, which I very much appreciated, as additional work on this project  could only proceed after this repair was made.  Jerry actually did the repair and everything looks perfect.  I highly recommend this company and will call them for future tile work.  

We received three bids on this job, and Phinney provided both the most professional presentation and lowest cost estimate. So we naturally went with them. In spite of bad weather, Ernie Collins and his associates finished the job right on time. This was accomplished by arriving at 7 in the morning, and staying well into the evening. The finished job was excellent. And they left the place immaculate, both inside and out. We highly recommend them.

They were half the price of my previous quote and they did an excellent job.

There were no negative interactions with them at all! They were well prepared, arrived when scheduled, worked full days, reasonably priced and took pride in their work. As a side note, I also had a granite guy come in and he looked at the flooring and asked me if Phinney Tile had done the tiles. I told him yes and asked how he knew. He said that they always lay excellent lines so it was easy for him to tell who did the work. That meant a lot to me, especially coming from someone who sees this kind of work on a regular basis!

Ernie and his father in law did a great job. They were punctual, polite and came back to fix a couple of tiles.

They were real good and they knew their stuff. He and his father-in-law worked together and he was good. His name was Ernie Collins and he does all the work. It went perfectly. He knew how much to order. He made suggestions on certain style issues. I thought he was interested in trying to save me money. Every time I called, I got in touch with him and there wasn't any delay of calls. He was a real nice mild-mannered guy and he explained things to me. I thought he was just excellent. I thought the price was high but I know that you get what you pay for. I wound up sleeping at night because I knew that it was done right so I thought the price was fair.
