We had our CO meter go off recently, decided to give them a call just to be sure everything was working okay. They were there first thing the next morning, cleaned and checked the system. They recommended a new CO meter since ours was several years old. Everything has been fine, working great! They were very safety focused. We really like these guys.

Things went downhill from there. The splash guard on the bottom of the door came off, allowing water to run under the door and onto the floor. The gasket attached to the fixed panel came loose at the top and bottom, again compromising the seal. After two conversations with the owner and his wife during which they promised to repair the problems, no one ever contacted us, and multiple phone calls to the company have gone unanswered. I hate writing negative reviews. I understand that life can throw complications at anyone. But ignoring customers is unprofessional. I cannot recommend this company for any services and am looking for a reliable company to hire to make the needed repairs.

first problem was there was no blower in the fireplace, we called them and they gave us the run-around, we did our homework and knew a blower was required, eventually they conceded and put in a blower that sounded like a lawn mower in the house, I contacted them and said this was unacceptable and they eventually put in another variable speed blower which is what's supposed to be there.

The fireplace mantel cracked down the middle top to bottom,  from the heat of the fireplace since there was no blower.  We asked them to repair it, after lot's of haggling they sent a kid over with paint, which he painted but it doesn't match or hide the crack.  We said we need a new mantel.  After lot's of calls they said they would come and put in a new one, would take 2 months.  On the day scheduled they didn't show up/  we contacted them and they said they weren't going to do it and they haven't
