This company did the work for me when a (Angies) listed tree service was not able to meet my time line. I was contacted by Greenwood and we agreed on a time when the work was to be done. My B rating was due to not being able to arrive at the agreed to time. It was explained to me that the bucket truck that was required for this job needed a state inspection and a small repair before coming out to due the work. Communication was excellent as I was kept in the loop about it. It resulted in about a 4 hour delay, not a real big impact for a small job but worth mentioning. Other than that it was excellent service. I watched the whole job and was pleased with the care, risk assessment and handling of a difficult job (due to this oak hanging directly above my carport). No complaints. I will be keeping this companies number handy for future jobs.
