AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!! David and his son came out twice, once to put in a gorgeous frameless shower door in my remodeled bath. Professionalism all the way. Can't tell you how pretty it is! Then several months later I needed replacement glass in a sliding door. They promptly called me back and came out and fixed it for me on the spot. Friendly, trustworthy, competetive pricing. Cannot recommend them enough!

If you want someone that is professional, does an excellent job, has a wonderful personality, then you want Flat Rock Glass and Door. Dave and his son are a team and I truly admire their relationship. He came in to take the measurements and we discussed the options and he truly knew what would look best. I really did not want much glass but my husband didn't want to feel like he was in a cave. I also didn't want to have to clean a lot of glass and had no idea of the coating that you can add on to make that job less of a hassle. David explained it all to me and I went with his suggestions. Once it was installed, I couldn't get enough of it. It is so beautiful, The glass really adds to our new bathroom. Everyone that has come to see our new bathroom immediately comments about the glass. I hope that I will be able to use Flat Rock again in the future and they will be the first one I'll call for any glass work. THANK YOU!

Smooth transaction!!
Called, got help on how to measure panel, called back, placed order, called back again because we forgot to tell them the glass was tinted, no problem. About 2-3 weeks later we got a call on Saturday morning that they had arrived, by 11am that morning David had installed them.

Excellent job. Completed on time and within budget. Very happy with result. Significantly cheaper than replacing entire windows.

He failed to give me an estimate, but I also failed to ask for one. I assumed he was going to replace both panes in the door. He only replaced one pane in the door. I would recommend that people make sure to get a very clear written estimate.
