This was an awful and expensive experience. It took them at least 4 to 5 visits to get the grading done properly because water was accumulating in various pockets. The rep that came out was very nice and tried hard to get this right and engaged one of the engineers who specialized in this area. It took awhile, but it was done just all right. Because of the multiple visits, the owner Louis Collier came out to look at things and when he saw the quote I received for the french drain, he increased the price significantly. I cannot believe that he did not feel his people (who do this regularly) were not competent enough to give me a fair quote. Moreover, it is extremely poor business practice to change a quote already given to a customer just when the work was starting. We told him when it was completed that we would be paying by electronic check from the banks which takes roughly a week to receive; he proceeded to call me repeatedly until then when the check came in the time specified. I will NEVER do business with this company again!

The company came out to winterize my irrigation system. First time I have ever used them. It is an outdoor backflow preventer valve system - They did not remove for the winter. Froze and cracked ball valve over the winter. Now I have to replace because they won't fix it- valves should not crack if job done properly. Won't be using again.

They were very responsive and did the work very quickly. Their prices are reasonable. They were excellent.

The 3-man crew worked 8-6 on a Friday and came back to work 9-3 on the following Saturday. The soil was very dry and they did much hand digging of several trenches near sensitive areas where the trencher could not be used. They only took a break for lunch each day. They were some of the hardest working guys I have ever seen. They ran the trencher tires over the trenches to compact the soil and raked up some of the excess sod and rocks that were disturbed. They also cleaned up the site very well. They also explained the system to me before they left.

They assured me there was no leak, so I then had 3 drainage companies give estimates and ended up spending over $4,000 to install drains for what we believed as an "underground spring". At the end of the installation of pipes, they came upon a badly glued sprinkler joint - heavily leaking water. It cost about $50 to fix. I took the section of improperly glued pipe and hand delivered it to Collier with a letter explaining the situation and asking for some kind of compensation. They totally ignored me. This is a dishonest and shoddy company who does a poor and unprofessional job, then shirks their responsibility when they fail to do their job correctly. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

The company did a fine, fine job. We have seven separate zones in the system to encompass the entire quarter acre. The installation went quite well. In the spring they will call to say they are coming out. What they do is turn on and pressurizes the system and make sure it is working. In the fall they come out to shut it down for the winter. All the controls are in the garage. I am glad to refer them to others.
