I was impressed from the time I made the appointment and throughout the inspection process.  He was thorough, professional, and knowledgable.  A report is provided upon completion of the inspection as well as an email copy, no waiting for results!  Also, he gifts plenty of useful goodies!  I would strongly recommend him and will use him in the future.

Bruce was referred to me by someone I trust.  I asked for the inspection as a home owner rather than a prospective buyer so that I could assess what needed to be done to my home with an eye toward selling sometime in the near future.  His inspection was very thorough, very professional, and very honest.  He noted some issues but also provided recommendations as to how to handle them.  I would absolutely call him again in the future.

Very thorough and professional job. The summary report he gave us was great; it was easy to understand yet very thorough...and pictures of the problem areas, too! The loan officer at the bank and our insurance agent found the report very helpful - it had all the info they needed to get their stuff done.

He was professional, punctual, organized and thorough. He was fully automated - he took photos and was able to generate a report right there on site. He found several things that needed addressed and I found him extremely valuable. I went around with him and he was cordial and answered all my questions.

Bruce viually inspects the entire house, inside and out, testing air conditioners, etc. He is more than happy to have the homeowner along, and will describe everything he is doing and why it is important.
