Price is definitely an A. Housekeeping is expensive. It's $85, but I tip, so $100. I use them all the time.

I purchased a large home cleaning (3600 - 5000 sq ft) deep cleaning even though my house is about 2600 sq ft because when I called I asked if they would let me include my small front porch in the cleaning and they agreed. A team of 3 maids came. None of them spoke english. And they raced through my house like the place was on fire. Before they left I walked through to check the quality. I found several areas that were just sloppily done. When I showed one of the women the mistakes she just stared at me (she didn't speak english which made it difficult) she literally took a dry cloth and wiped it over the "dirty" spots and if it took any kind of elbow grease- she would just stare at me blankly like she didn't know what I expected her to do. Finally when they were trying to leave, I reminded them of the porch. they packed up all their stuff and they went and sat in their car and called someone who would translate between us. I explained about the porch and she took a dry rag, moved her hand over the door frame and looked at me like I was crazy, got in her car they drove away. The rest of the porch didn't get touched and the door frame had a smudge of something black on it- I took my finger and wiped it off before I walked back into my house. It's like they went through the motions of cleaning without the intention of actually getting it clean. The quality was poor and the communication with the staff that arrived was difficult. I used google translate to to communicate to them. They made no effort to communicate back. They all seemed in a rush to leave and never come back.

Awful! They were over 1.5 hrs late. No dusting was done at all. Cobwebs and dust still on chandeliers, lamps and wall &table pictures. Bathrooms still have the abrasive that they used on my granite and ceramic sinks. Also used it and left same residue on brass and pewter spigots. Not worried about using correct products. My husband had to leave so I don't know how long they worked. Did they leave early to get to the next place on time?

I paid extra to have the front porch cleaned. You can tell the cleaners were not concerned with final results and more with going through the motions. They left the counters greasy - so I had to rewire them down. There were toilet water marks that they didn't bother using cleaner on the girl literally reached into the toilet with her hand and wiped it with a rag- obviously that didn't work. The front porch got all of 1 minute of attention. The cleaner took a rag and lighting ran in over the door frame and called that finished. Even the door frame still had dirt on it. No elbow grease applied. I found many corners of the floors that were ignored. Overall poor attention to detail. But the price was good if you just want a quick clean-up if you don't mind going behind them to finish the job yourself.

It was right after I bought it. I called them and set up an appointment for them to come clean. Again it was just too strange to have 2 strangers dropped off at your house who couldn't speak English and didn't do such a good job cleaning either. It's like a factory job. I would bet that this company probably isn't still in business. I didn't pay anything extra. It was an introductory offer, they were going to charge more, like 140 or something like that is the normal charge. I forgot what they said but this was a deal I bought for a one time cleaning. I wouldn't even grade their cost because it was a special. They were here on time.

Everything worked out good but the gal that did the dusting bent one of the flaps on my microblinds and she did not say anything. I found out after they left.

The team arrived and went right to work. They worked hard and did a good job. The supervisor did some limited work also. They knew what they were doing and performed well. Basic light to heavy house cleaning.

Although I emphasized to the interpreter on the job at the beginning that the hardwood floors must be cleaned thoroughly, there were huge visible globs of dirt still on the floor when the maids were getting ready to leave. I showed them several globs of dirt and they cleaned them. Did a good job cleaning frig, but horrible job in master bedroom (no dusting).

There were three women who came in and just got to work so fast! They cleaned everything really really well! They cleaned things that I did not know could be as clean as they made them. For example, a place in my shower which is really hard to reach, and also they made my stove which had all kinds of terrible stains look like brand new. I don't know how they did that! I also had a lot of dust in and around my entire place is just simply gone!

Showed up during the stated time window. Manager handled walk through and instructed 3-woman crew. Efficient, but cleaning quality is poor. Dust around items instead of moving or straightening them, including paper and candles. Also, did not sweep or dust or mop under beds. Dust is visible under each bed and I can see exactly where the sweeping around the perimeters occurred. Did not mop powder room or even sweep it. Stairs were not mopped. When there is mopping, it is superficial, so any scuff marks or spots are not cleaned.
Furniture is not moved back into place if it is moved for sweeping or mopping. All chairs in the living room and dining room were pushed aside and left that way. Did not dust ceiling fans and did not wipe screens on computers.
When something was cleaned, such as the kitchen and the oven (very lightly used, not really dirty/one spill), it was done well. However, there are so many misses and missed areas that this really was not worth it.
This is very superficial cleaning, which is not what the advertisement said ('deep house cleaning"). Very disappointing.

Great job in cleaning our rather large house. Service was very professional and deep cleaning was completed in a fraction of the time that it would have taken us and with superior quality of work.
