Described bath and drywall repair work at a rental home in some detail over the phone, forwarded address via text, and agreed to price I was quoted on next day, with agreement that work would start later that week. Confirmed start time the evening before the start date. On start date, I arrived a the property 10 minutes early, and waited. And waited. The contractor never showed up. After texting, calling and leaving a msg, I received text msg from contractor that he was unable to contact his assigned employee. After waiting an hour, with still no word, I texted telling them not to bother coming, if they ever planned on it. At least the contractor had the decency to apologize for wasting my time, via one last text msg.

It was excellent. They did excellent work. They were courteous and professional The consultation was very thorough. They were very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to a friend or use them again in the future.

The price was fair, the installation was professional, and the outcome greatly enhanced the look and utility of my our laundry room.

The job was completed at a very competitive price with no mess left behind. Dave came out when he said he was coming out and completed the job as explained. These remodels have definitely updated and added so much charm back into our kitchen and bath room. Dave is someone that we can trust in our house and feel very comfortable with each project that he has completed. We have other projects that we plan to use him for.

It went great! I originally wanted the wood repaired where it was starting to rot. It is a rental unit. I was getting ready for new renters. 1. He was going to do later in the Spring, but he moved up the time and did it sooner than I originally thought he could do. 2. I wanted the railings replaced, but he said they were in good shape. So, I appreciated the money he save me on that. 3. He showed me where the joist was pulling away, and also water had been getting into the house. Because of this, he took all the wood off, pulled the deck away and moved the joist away, and installed new flashing to keep water from getting into the house. He also sprayed something into the walls to keep from mold setting in. He replaced the steps, the wood was rotted so he had to completely rebuilt the steps. I really appreciated the fact that he found things I couldn't see that would cost much more down the road if not repaired. He has done other work for me in the bathroom and kitchen in the past to prepare for new renters coming in. I've been using him for about 3 years now. I really appreciate that he does the work well and doesn't try to sell you work you don't need done.
