TWEEDS LOCKSMITH SHOP

Well as always.  This is the second time we have used them.  The first was in 2008 when we bought the home and again last month when we moved back in after it being a rental for 4 years.  Same guy came to the house as 7 years ago.  The price was more than double the exact same job as 2008 but maybe that is the average price increase across the board.

He was really prompt. He was there in 15 minutes. I will use him in the future.

I called them on a weekend just to make an appointment for the following week. The locksmith on call called me right back! I was shocked. Come Monday, the office called to set up the appointment. The service technician was right on time and worked for 2.5 hrs on the project. He did a fine job. Had to drill holes in two doors for the deadbolts. He noted that two of my doors weren't aligned and he fixed those for no charge. I was thrilled with the work and felt this was an excellent value.

Clay was great. We had very old locks that were sticking, not opening smoothly, and were misaligned. After going to a home improvement store for help, and coming up empty-handed, we found Tweeds. During our initial meeting, he spent nearly 30 minutes reviewing our lock issues, and making recommendations on what I might need, and ideas for further self-diagnosis of our lock problems. With his advice, we were able to determine the problem, and get the requisite equipment at the store, with no further frustration. We now have locks which turn easily, and one key for all of our locks both in and out of the house.

The company was very prompt after I called them. Their customer service was very respectful. The man came out was explanatory in what he was going to do. I would recommend them to others.
