It went really smooth. I've been using Carmen's services for quite sometime. Punctual, credible, honest, and more so, trustworthy. Carmen often has a clear entry to my home with or without my presence needed. Her friendliness, charm, and professionalism is only surpassed by her attention to detail and her cleanliness. - And she's pet friendly! My Shiba Inu and Regal Beagle warmed up to her very quickly. Carmen often comes prepared with a myriad of solutions (pun intended), both traditional and, per request, "green" options to get any home sparkling. I love coming to my home when it smells like Pine, Lavender, and a hint of Sunshine! - in addition to it being fantastically cleaned!

Carmen always does a terrific job. I’m very particular about my floors and I’ve never had anyone do as good a job with them as she does, and I have lots of pets. It feels like a new home every time she’s finished. I’m very satisfied with her work and readily recommend her to others.
