General Remodeling
I am writing this review to hopefully help those who intend to use this company for remodeling. We used this company to add a master bath and bedroom. They hired Subcontractors to do all of the work. They came by every once in a while to check on them, maybe every few days. The work is average, the supervision is below average, they do not guarantee their work, and their pricing is high. The plumbing subcontractor forgot to install a main drainage line sewage cap on an active line and 2 inches of sewage leaked under my house for three months. We had to pay a professional company to dispose of it and treat the smell and bacteria. It has cost me thousands to clean up, and 360 Construction (formerly Shoreline) has not taken responsibility, nor reimbursed us. Do not recommend this company.
