Great! We've worked with Premier Lawncare for 5 or 6 years now and have been very pleased. The owner, Randy Jenkins, is a great guy with a wonderful work ethic. The people he hires to work with him are also very nice to work with. We've never had a problem and have always had great service. In addition, Premier Lawncare also does sprinkler system work.

Randy was prompt and efficient in installing my irrigation system. He and his crew were very professional and courteous.

Randy and his crew were very professional and personable. He responded to my request for an estimate within a day and came out to provide an estimate shortly thereafter. He explained exactly what he would do to correct our standing water problem near the house foundation. We had a general idea of what needed to be done because we had a recent home inspection before purchasing the home. We originally called Premier Lawn Care to provide an estimate for the grading and leaf removal. Once Randy was onsite, I shared some of the other home improvement plans we had for the exterior and I was surprised and pleased that he could do the other tasks on my list.
The job took several days (we knew that from the start). The job had to be postponed the second day due to rain but Randy called first thing that morning to let me know that they couldn't work in those conditions. My common sense told me that no one would be working that soggy, rainy day:) As soon as weather permitted, Randy and his crew were back on the job.
Overall the job was done quite well. We are very happy that we are not seeing the standing water issues since Premier did their work. The yard work and gutter repair was done to our satisfaction. This was the most important part of the job.
Premier did not use a cleaning solution when power washing the home, just water. We didn't discuss this prior to the work being done as I just assumed they would use a bleach solution. We have no landscaping around the home yet so injuring delicate bushes and plants would not have been a problem. The house was definitely cleaner but I think the cleaning solution would have made it even cleaner and brighter. Be sure and let the company know your expectations (cleaner vs. no cleaner) during the estimate phase. The house was 3/4 finished before I realized they were not using cleaner so we just moved forward. Randy did his best to make this customer happy by mixing up a bleach solution and doing so targeting cleaning on our small screened in porch that had that and quot;green gunkand quot; that seems to be so prevalent on houses that don't get enough sun.
While there, Randy recognized that we had a mole problem in the backyard so he asked if we wanted him to apply some and quot;mole ridand quot; chemicals which he did for only the cost of the product. We appreciated this since we hope to improve the landscaping in the Spring and moles definitely create havoc with that.
The price of the entire job was more than fair for all the work that was done. Randy made sure I was happy with the work. We are very pleased and will definitely consider using Randy and his crew from Premier Lawn Care in the future - we have more landscaping to do in the spring when the weather gets warmer. I recommend Premier Lawn Care.

Randy gave us a quote the previous weekend, assembled a team of experienced workers and showed up at our house on Sat. am at 8:30a sharp. They worked through the entire weekend and most of the day on Monday, completing the work in 2 1/2 days. It was a big task. Everyone was and quot;on taskand quot;, good workmanship, polite and very easy to work with. The job was completed much more quickly than I thought and the workmanship is top-notch. They'll be doing other work for us this year - planning on having them build a new deck and replace a couple of windows. I feel so fortunate to have found someone and a company with such integrity and skill.

Randy Jenkins is professional and courteous. They are always on time and do an excellent job. They do same-day service and their prices are the best.

GREAT GUY, VERY RELIABLE, WHICH MEANS A LOT TO US. HE ALSO DOES VERY NICE. HE WORKED WITHIN ARE BUDGET, AND WAS VERY CREATIVE WITH THE AMOUNT FOR THE BUDGET.
