My wife called this provider Wednesday 10/21/15 to have the windshield replaced. They stated they couldn't do it until the following week, which she agreed would be fine. The appointment was scheduled for 9-930 am Monday 10/26/15, supposedly #2 appointment for the day.
My wife took the morning of 10/26 off to support the appointment. She began calling the office after 945, when there had been no communication from the company; not the office or the technician. When she got in contact with the office, she was told the technician was on another call and would be there shortly. She called again after 1030 to be told basically the same thing. At 1110 the technician called my phone, which had been given to them as an alternate contact number. When I spoke to the technician he told me he had been dispatched to Norfolk first thing in the morning and would be heading back to the other side of the water soon. The technician finally arrived at the house at 12 noon.The technician seems to have done a high quality job. The windshield looks great, properly aligned, no apparent air leaks, etc..
My wife posted a review on the company's google account and the reply the company gave was that I had told them last week that they could come anytime. I never spoke to the company until the technician called me on the day of the appointment.
We contacted this company to support a local business, was not worth the time or hassle.
Technician's quality of work is the only reason I didn't rate them lower.
"Sorry our timing was off. Glad the job was done to your satisfaction."
