I have a three floor town home and hired MNK Unlimited to replace an existing deck with a paver patio on the ground floor and decks on the second and third floors. The original deck was poorly designed and constructed and felt very unsafe. MNK completely tore down the old deck, moved the posts out to create more stability and rebuilt both decks. The decks decks are completely solid and well built, which addressed my major concern regarding safety. In addition, the new deck looks great. They gave me really good advice on the material. The work was done well and completed in a timely manner.

Overall the project went well. Company ordered what I felt was much too much material (beyond the 10 percent "J"-factor) for the job (for which they do not give credit) but was amenable to using some of it for an add-on request that we made. Aftercare, however, has been lacking - hence the rating downgrade. First, there is no access under the porch to clean out leaves and other debris Second - the Trex product is warping. Manufacturer addresses install; company has promised repeatedly to visit and rectify, but we're in the "eventual" file.

Very well. Finished in a day. Front porch looks great.

Very professional. Deck came out looking great and exactly how I wanted it.

Mike of MNK was the only business to show up to survey the job with a sample board of materials, brochure, pictures of previous work and an on-the-spot estimate.  The job took a total of 1.5 days.  Afternoon of the first day the old deck was taken down to the original framing.  The crew cleaned-up at the end of the day.  The material distributor had truck problems so new materials were not delivered until 8:45 the next morning. The crew attacked this job and completed the deck by 5:30 P.M. and again, cleaned-up after themselves.  The only way you knew they had been there was a new beautiful deck.  MNK was recommended to me by our daughter and son-in-law as they had MNK do work at their new home.  I am extremely pleased with the job done, professionalism of Mike and his crew and their courteousness.  His office personnel are extremely professional and called us to advise of when work would start, when materials would be delivered, and told us if there was anything needed to call.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND MNK for a plus award.  Hire them, you won't be sorry!!!

Went very well, only interruption was the rain.
On the first day MNK owner showed up with the crew for the demolition gave instruction and the team of six guys went to work and in about 2.5 hours demo was completed. they then began laying new boards ( pressure treated) on the main deck, cleaned up and came back the next day and continued this process with three guys until done.
this was not a small job and Mike Knox the owner checked several times a day on his crew, but they were so good that they did not need supervision Mike (In my opinion) was verifying everything was going to plan and design and they checking if they needed anything.
