Eric Wilson of Michael and Sons in Norfolk was the best. He was on time, courteous, clean, and extremely helpful. Most of all he provided customer service above and beyond what I was expecting. Eric came in on his day off because my inital plumber got sick. This was definitely a blessing in disguise. When he arrived he greeted me with a smile and even joked around with my 6 year old nephew who was extremely impatient (no furniture in the house yet= no TV). My nephew didnt have to wait long because Eric gave us an ETA of a couple of hours. After he inspected my water heater he showed me pictures on his phone and explained to me why it needed to be replaced instead of repaired. We went over pricing and other promotions that were included with my purchase. Eric went to work and i took my nephew to the park. I arrived back to my new home and Eric was tidying up (he had placed drop sheets on the floor and wore feet covering to avoid getting my carpet dirty. Eric made other suggestions to my home, as he is an experienced repair man too. He checked out the rest of my plumbing in the house for free, let my dishwasher run to make sure that was in tact and even reached into my garbage disposal to fix whatever was hung up there. My water was hot and had lots of pressure. Eric definitely went out of his way to make sure my home was functioning as if he were the one to be living in it. I do not feel bamboozled because the price was actually lower than what I expected with my $100 off coupon that was running that week. Michael and Sons is lucky to have such a great employee that knows his job and satisfies a customer as well as Eric did. Im sure all of the plumbers of the company are held to the same standards, but I will definitely be calling Eric for any plumbing issues in the future. Thanks to him though, I should'nt have to.

Guys did a good job installing new transfer switch I will see how long I can go before the next $$$$$4 appointment.
