Over the past 3 years, we have found them to be exceedingly responsive in monitoring our home. We travel a lot, and have peace of mind knowing that they are on the ball. When we had a false alarm in fire monitoring, they were here very quickly and diagnosed and repaired the problem. Mr. Bond is always available by phone and is always courteous and helpful. Once we had a back door blow open while we were out. MABC dispatched local police immediately when they were unable to reach us. Luckily it was a false alarm, but a representative stayed until our return to secure the door.
