Not very knowledgeable but nice.

Lowes has the absolute BEST contractors and customer service around.  The Contractors under LOWES did a backsplash for me and it turned out beautiful.  They were very professional and courteous.

I would use them again but only if they didn’t subcontract to the same people.

The men worked every free moment to get the job done. There was plenty of rain to break up the effort. Subtracting the bad weather, the project took about 3 days. I was more than impressed by their professional and dedicated effort to complete the job and make it look perfect.

We did have a few problems with the ordering and the delivery. They didn't deliver the materials when they were first supposed to, and then they only sent a third of what they were supposed to which pushed the job another two weeks. Once the installation process started, everything was wonderful. The installers were top notch, and the floors looked great.

The product they used was great, the workers were prompt helpful, professional and clean. The floors look great. They communicated well, and I would definitely use them again.

The two men that installed the windows were decent fine young men. They were very respectful and the quality of work was fine. We have not had any problems with them since they put them in. They were good quality windows and very easy to clean.

The sub contractor that came to service our dishwasher was a G.E. man. He explained what was wrong and the difference between this washer and others. He did very good work and was a real nice man. My dishwasher was still under warranty.

The quality of carpet wasn t the highest, but the padding was really good. The men cleaned up everything. They were real polite and let us know what they were doing. We had very good service with this company.

Most of this project went quite well. We received excellent service while selecting the tile, and the price was very low, compared to other flooring stores. It did take quite a while for them to call us to set up an appointment for the installation, however. Once they arrived though, the job was done quickly, cleanly, and the results were perfect. The flooring is level, and the grout work is just as it should be.

I went to Lowes and chose the floor I wanted. They sent out somebody that did really good work. They did all the work in one day. They worked hard to get it all done. Our flooring looks good. My wife likes it a lot. I am happy with Lowes and buy stuff there all the time.

The crew who came to do the work was real friendly and ready to get the job done. They were very skilled because everything is just great. They cleaned up everything and I am completely satisfied with their work.

We were not very pleased at all with the way that the siding was installed. We had to have them come back out and redo two complete sections; the back and the side of the home. The siding was crooked and loose. They did very bad work, but Lowes did stand behind their warranty and they finally redid the work correctly.
