They refinished the floors for a 2000 sq ft home.

Showed up on time and finished sanding and laid first coat of poly first day. They did second and third coat the following two days. It came out great.

Kittrell's did an excellent job refinishing our floors.  They pulled up the old carpet, removed all staples and nails, sanded the floors, applied three coats of polyurethane and installed quarter round molding along baseboards.  The floors had been covered with carpet for the past 28 years so there plenty of stains on the floor from various pets as well as small children.  I was amazed to see that they got rid of every stain except for one very small stain in one bedroom closet.

From the estimate to the quality of service. Excellent I would definately recommend this company. I don't have anything negative to say. Impeccable workmanship.

This house was built in 1958 and carpet had been added to all rooms, except one bedroom. They were many staples in the floor. The gentlemen from Kittrell's removed all of the staples and sanded all of the wood floors in the house - and put a protective clear coating on all of them - they look fabulous. It took a total of 4 days to sand and refinish the floors, but they had to dry before they could put another coat on them. They were very patient with me and very helpful on selecting the finish - they showed me how various stains would look on the floor and I went with the clear. They showed up every day on time - which meant a lot to me because I had not moved in yet and had to meet them here. The price was great - especially considering all of the work and time they spent on these floors. I am thrilled with the way the floors look.

I had a great experience with Kitrell and I consider them the best folks to go to regarding hardwood floors. They have been in the business for generations, and their staff also has years of experience, which greatly increases your comfort level having them in your home. They are professional, polite, everything was completed to the letter, on-time, at the agreed upon price, no surprises. I also consider the price to be good as well.

Mike is down-to-earth, knows his business, and delivered on what he promised. The workmen themselves obviously had years of experience; they were true craftsman and experts at what they do. We can't wait to have them in to re-do our second story floors. I have recommended Kittrell's to numerous acquaintences.

I was dissatisfied with the job. I rendered my concerns of the poor workmanship and they acknowledged them by returning some of the money I had paid them.

The owner gave me the hardwood for free so I tried to do it myself. When that didn t work, the owner's nephew came over and had it all done in about 20 minutes. I was amazed at that. They were customer oriented and really knew about hardwood floors.
