 + -1 moreThey completed the work more than a day ahead of schedule. The workmanship is beautiful-it became my wife's favorite Christmas gift. When I picked it up, they matched it with a chain. The lady I worked with knew I was struggling to find the right necklace to go with the pendant, and she took the initiative to put these two pieces together. Yes-I initially felt this was an up-sale. BUT-after I talked with them a bit and resisted, I realized they were only trying to help someone obviously challenged in the jewelry matching department. I spoke with the on site jeweler about several things and he took the time to answer my questions.
Description of Work: I had a loose 5 mm diamond I wanted mounted in a white gold, six prong pendant for a necklace. I met with them a few days before Christmas and they committed to completing the work by close of business Christmas Eve.
