The grades given say it all. I just pay and forget because I know they''ll do a good job every week. They don't rush which leaves a professional look afterwards.
The bad thing is that I haven't started my lawn mower in such a long time that I don't know if it'll start if I needed it to. The good thing is that, with James, I won't ever need to. =)

We started using him when he first started his company 3 years ago. He came out once a week and was always on time and he kept our yard looking great. He blows off the sidewalks, bags and takes away the clippings. He was very polite and professional.
