We thought the cost was a bargain for the work done. The work was done in a skilled manner. The work was most satisfactory. Ir took the expected three days, but the third day was scheduled for a Monday, and the workmen did not show up on Monday. We were not called and had to track down the workers and it was a week later they returned and finished up. We discussed the building of a fence and requested a contract for this work. The worker did not show up for the scheduled signing. We have never heard from him since. We have left phoe messages for him, but have not had a response. I believe he had a big contract with a company putting up condos. The work is excellent. The reliability is poor. I would use JES again, but my wife refuses.
