They were very quick and professional and friendly and inexpensive.

Fine except for the dirty hands that left marks on the inside of my door. The mechanic should have worn gloves or wipes it off.

State Inspection in Virginia is $16. They had it done within two hours. The workers were professional. Everything was perfect.

Called that morning, picked up the car that afternoon. Have used them for years and trust them implicitly. Their advice is spot-on, they do not try to sell you services you do not need, and offer advice based on years of experience. We have had the vehicles serviced and have purchased tires from them. If you have purchased tires there, they rotate them for free. Our car uses expensive synthetic oil, which is why the oil and filter change is more expensive than normal. Very fair price for the quality of the work.

I have never had any complaints about their service. They make good on any errors they may have made. They do good work and I trust them. They fix the issues and look for other problems that may need to be brought to our attention. They are honest about the work. They do not force work that did not need to be done at the time. They are professional and courteous.

I have been very pleased with the service I receive at Harris Tire. In this particular case, I was having them replace the clutch on my 2006 Saturn Ion-2. Because Saturn is no longer in business, parts tend to run higher for this car. Even though I had received a quote several months ago, the staff member wanted to make sure I was aware of the cost as it would run a little higher than a typical clutch replacement due to the price of parts. Most places would have had me just sign the papers, and would never have taken the extra minute to have this conversation with me. Additionally, Harris Tire is going to be approximately $400 less than the Chevrolet dealership would have charged.....and it will be a much more pleasant experience.
