Fox Pest Control

Fox came in and explained everything they were doing and everything that needed to be done, and the timeframe it needed to be done in. We were told not to expect results overnight but gradually things would get better. The technician was very professional and made us all feel better about our issue by the time he was done.

It has been really great. They do re-visits after the service and they come within 24 hours after I place the request. I did not have to sign a contract, which I liked.

I always have my house treated. My normal company went out of business so I switched to fox. Be careful what you sign. Apparently fox wants to spray twice within 30 days the first time "to get everything"! So that's 200 dollars. Then your bound to at least 3 more treatments or your charged a cancellation fee. Every time they come my house becomes overrun by bugs I've never had before and they don't die. Also, read the contract because fox can come out and spray outside your door and that counts as a service. The other day 2 guys showed up without calling at 6:25. Very random. I'll definitely go with a reputable company next time. Deceitful business practices. It's like buying a used car.

I have had nothing but great treatment since the very first day I've worked with this company. They are courteous, professional and friendly every single time. After buying our house, which had sat unoccupied for several months, we noticed we had a bit of a spider problem. I called Fox out for a free estimate of services. Frank wrote down all of my concerns, decided which treatments were best, and proceeded to spray outside and inside wherever I asked him to. I'm so glad I called because he actually found THREE Black Widow spiders while he was spraying, and even showed me where he found them! We drew up a year long contract where he comes every other month to inspect the perimeter, remove any cobwebs (if any) and respray. I get a courtesy call a few days before they plan to come by my house, and any time I want Frank to respray inside he does it with no problem (or extra cost). 
I also had an issue where wasps were getting into my home somehow. I called Fox for emergency services and they were always prompt to arrive as soon as possible. I got a different technician then, but he was fantastic and very thorough. The first time he came out, he found evidence of a wasp nest inside our siding, and he removed it and sprayed around the area. He also put some sort of chemical vapor in the attic just in case, as we thought they were getting in from up there. They were tricky though, and were actually coming from the chimney, which we didn't find out till later on. So I called again, and the same technician arrived. He bombed the chimney and checked around for any other way they might be getting in. He made some suggestions on what we could do to keep them from returning, but if they did come back to call again and he would come back with a 30' ladder and approach the problem from above.
Each one of these emergency calls cost me nothing, as they are included in the contract. Each visit met my expectations, and the technicians were always really friendly and helpful. They never seemed disgruntled that they were being called out for another unscheduled visit. I am 100% happy with my decision to go with Fox.

A different technician came each time. Each one was the nicest, friendliest, informative, and helpful individual you'd ever want to meet. I don't know how Fox finds such great guys but they have. I would highly recommend the company. They didn't push a yearly contract on me. I took it as it turns out to be the cheaper way to go but one doesn't have to. You can just get one treatment if you like, unlike other companies I have dealt with in the past. In fact, that is why I had a pest problem. I hadn't been using anyone ( for years) since my son got cancer from pesticides and every company out there insisted on a yearly contracts which meant repeated treatments and repeated exposure. Luckily, the pesticides have changed and so have the companies administering them.
